I have been taking online (Zoom) French courses with Hélène over the past year. After taking several online language courses with other teachers, I realized how difficult it was to find a teacher who makes the virtual class experience fun and exciting while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. Hélène is able to just that! She caters to my language needs, providing exercises that focus on grammar, comprehension, culture, etc. She has the ability to make you feel comfortable starting from the first course, which is really important when you are learning a new language! Hélène is relaxed, patient, and understanding—she is one of those teachers that makes you feel like you are her most important student all the time. Her courses are always the highlight of my week. I would highly recommend taking courses with Hélène or travelling to Lyon for one of her homestays!
